Thomas M. Warner was born in Topeka, Kansas, on December 26, 1958. He received his B.A. in political science from the University of Kansas in 1981 and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Washburn University in 1984. He was admitted to the Kansas Bar Association in 1985, in addition to being admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Kansas in the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

He has extensive experience with medical malpractice lawsuits and personal injury law. Also a preeminent wrongful death lawyer, he has successfully represented clients who have suffered serious long-term and permanent injuries from throughout the state. On their behalves, he has obtained verdicts and settlements of one million dollars or more in numerous medical malpractice lawsuits and cases involving personal injury law.

He is board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is a member of several highly esteemed professional associations, including:

When he's not busy preparing for trial or enjoying family time with his wife, Brenda, and their two boys, Mr. Warner attends church, participates in sports, and exercises his musical talent.
